Exspect Universal Optical Cable for Xbox 360 / PS3

I purchased this cable to be able to plug my Xbox 360 into my surround sound kit i bought, WOW, gaming has never sounded so good. You can hear sounds coming out of each speaker that you've never heard before, little details that make the playing experience that much better.

To answer "bhjvg" question, the cable plugs into the back of the scart cable casing coming out of the Xbox, there is a little black cover over it which just opens up. Hope this helps.

I have recently bought this product but have a problem. i do not know where to plug in this cable on the back of my 360 it is not clear where to pulg it in please help this problem is very fustrating if you have an answer please mesage back. thank you.

The cable is brilliant, its covered in a special skin which preserves it from damage. Its very high quality, and a great alternative from buying those expensive monster cables. I bought this to connect my Logitech Z5500 System to my Tv set. Only problem is when you plug the optical cable into your Tv . You wont get full Dolby digital 5.1 surround or DTS surround sound. I get Dolby Pro logic 2 . which turns 2.1 into 5.1 , If i want to get full detailed surround sound from my Xbox or PS3 or DVD player. you have to plug an individual one into each of the devices. and that takes another 2 optical cables and an optical switcher. which are hard to find at a good price. And why doesn't Microsoft allow Xbox users to plug an optical cable into their console along with a HDMI Cable simultaneously.?

360 elite consoles is what u need has it has hdmi and audio out at the same time hdmi for tv audio out for stereo on this cable that comes with elite system the back of the elite has a diffirent set up for two cables to be plugged in at the same time plus network adpt and this and optics cable hope this has helped TARTANTOR xbox gamer
